To anyone still having issues with completing this quest, UPDATE YOUR GAME TO THE LATEST VERSION (4.4.0), these issues have been resolved. After updating, you should be able to complete the quest normally 🙂 Reply

And what happens if u have unlocked the mission but the mark or the portal both do not appear?
